For the last 2 years, Matthew Coe Independent Inventories (MCII) has been trading in and around the Swansea area working with various local Agents. Matthew originally studied Contemporary Photojournalism at Swansea Metropolitan University and stayed in Swansea once he had completed his degree. About 3 years ago, Matthew became aware of the as then up coming changes to Lettings legislation and the important role Independent Inventories would play in the Tenant Deposit Protection scheme and saw an opportunity for a business venture. Since beginning trading, Matthew has attended a training course by the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks  (AIIC) to ensure he is working to the accepted industry standard and will shortly be looking to join both the AIIC and the Association of Residential Letting Agents' (ARLA) own APIP regulatory body to continue to ensure best practice is maintained in the future.
