Once any required amendments have been made to the original Report, both Landlord and Tenant(s) will receive an updated copy via either post or email. The Tenants will then have an additional 14 days to raise any potential queries or omissions they may find therein, as per the legislation. If it is deemed necessary, the Clerk will also re-visit the property free of charge in order to ensure that the Report is updated to the Tenants satisfaction. Check Out Visits.
