Matthew Coe is the most professional I know of inventory clerks amongst those available in Swansea. We now use him exclusively by preference, for our properties. His reports are extensive and detailed, giving us necessary third-party protection against misunderstanding by tenants and indeed by ourselves over the status of deposits lodged with the Deposit Protection Service.

I have often used Matthew's check-out report as a cue for what small decorative remedy of fair wear and tear will uplift the property prior to re-letting, such is its detail.
